SHIPPING POLICY & DELIVERY

 

DELIVERY TIME

  1. Normally within 2-5 business days

  2. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

SHIPPING COST
      1. All products are shipped free of charge from the United States.
          2. We do not charge any transportation fees. If you are charged for transportation, please contact us: official@vivohome.com
     

    SIGNIFICANT DELAY in shipment (over 10 business days)

    1. We will compensate you Logistics delay fee $10 or process returns. During this process, all transportation costs incurred are borne by VIVOHOME.

    SHIPPING METHODS AND ORDER TRACKING

    1. VIVOHOME has more than 10 warehouses across the country. Orders always ship from the closest warehouse with stock available to the delivery address.

    2. If you order multiple items, depending on availability, an order may ship from multiple locations, so our customers will receive multiple tracking numbers and packages. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on the order for each partial shipment.

    3. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours after we receive your payment. Certain locations may be restricted to certain shipping methods, please select the method available to you to ensure safe delivery.

    4. We work with multiple shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) to bring our customers the safest and fastest shipping experience.

    5. If you did not receive a tracking number by email or need to confirm the tracking information, please contact us at support at official@vivohome.com by email or call VIVOHOME at +1 888-848-6463.

      REFUSED SHIPMENTS

      1. For shipments rejected for any reason other than shipping damage (does not apply to items damaged in storage) or shipping errors caused by VIVOHOME, you will be responsible for all shipping and applicable two-way charges.

      SHIPPING CHANGES FEES (ADDRESS INTERCEPT)

      1. If a request to change the delivery address is made after the package has shipped, the address blocking fee charged by the carrier will be charged. The fee amount varies by carrier and package destination. Note that not all carriers will accept address blocking changes. This policy complies with our security measures and agreements with third party shipping companies.

      2. Providing incorrect shipping information may cause your order to be delayed to the desired destination or may be delivered to the original address.

      DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

      1. Before fully installing your device, check the packaging for any damage or missing items. In the event of damage, please notify the delivery driver and VIVOHOME immediately.

      YOUR ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT YOU DON'T HAVE IT

      1. Check around your home for packages and ask anyone who may have left a package.

      2. Contact your carrier to find out who is delivering, when the package is, or have them check their office for any possibilities.

      3. If you can't find your package, please email us at official@vivohome.com or call +1 888-848-6463.

      • There is a small chance that the tracking number is messed up by our system, we will confirm that for you and give your the correct tracking number.
      • VIVOHOME is not responsible for packages stolen from shipping addresses, so be sure to ship to a safe location!

       

      SHIPPING DISCLAIMERS

      1. There are some rare and unforeseen events that may affect shipping times. Severe weather conditions, catastrophic events or the failure of our delivery partners can cause unexpected delays.

      2. We are currently unable to ship outside the US.
