SHIPPING POLICY & DELIVERY

All costs incurred are borne by VIVOHOME. In addition, we will contact you via email as soon as possible to replace the product or refund the full amount.
We will compensate you Logistics delay fee $10 or refund the full amount. During this process, all transportation costs incurred are borne by VIVOHOME.
SHIPPING METHODS AND TRANSIT TIMES
VIVOHOME has more than 10 warehouses across the country, aims to cut down transit time for delivery. Orders always ship from the closest warehouse with stock available to the delivery address.
If you order more than one item, depending on availability, one order may ship from multiple locations, so multiple tracking numbers and packages will received by our customers. No additional shipping cost. If there are multiple shipping fees occurred on your account, please let us know, we will take care of it for you. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on the order for each portion of the shipment.
The order will ship within 24 hours after we receive your payment. Some payments might take longer to process, as soon as we receive your payment. You order will be ready to process. Some location might only limited to certain methods, please choose the one available for you to ensure the safe delivery.
We work with multiple shipping company (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) to bring the safest and fastest shipping experience for our customers, if you have questions about the shipping, please feel free to contact us.
There will be a confirmation email sent to the email address our customer leave on file as soon as the order is shipped. The tracking email might send separately with shipping email, please pay attention on the email we send out.

You will be responsible for full freight charges and applicable fees going both ways for shipments that are refused for any reason other than the shipment was damaged in transit (not applicable to items damaged in storage) or if the shipping error was made by VIVOHOME.
SHIPPING TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS
Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may require longer processing times due to additional verification procedures. The added verification and processing time is in an effort to protect our customers and VIVOHOME from online fraud in a card absent environment.
Providing inaccurate or false information may result in additional delays as we attempt to verify the provided information.
SHIPPING CHANGES FEES (ADDRESS INTERCEPT)
If a request to change the shipping address is made after the package ships, it will be subject to an Address Intercept Fee imposed by the shipping carrier. The amount of the fee varies according to the shipping carrier and the destination of the package. Please be aware that not all shipping carriers will accept address intercept changes. This policy is in accordance with the security measures and agreements made with our third party shipping companies.
If incorrect shipping information is given, it may result in your order being delayed to the desired destination or might delivery to the original address.
Before fully install your equipment, please inspect the package for any damage or missing parts on items. Please notify the delivery driver and VIVOHOME immediately when damages occurred.
YOUR ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT YOU DON'T HAVE IT
If your did not receive the packages when your tracking history told you the packaged are delivered:
Check the area around your home for the package and ask anyone it may have been left with.
Contact your shipping carrier to find out the delivery man, the time for your package, or let them check their office for any possibilities.

There might be a very small possibility that the tracking number is massed up by our system, we will confirm that for you, and provide your the correct tracking number.
VIVOHOME can not be held responsible for packages stolen from the delivery address so please be sure to ship to a secure location!
There are rare and unforeseen events out of the control that may effect shipping times. Severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or failures by our delivery partners can cause unexpected delays.
We are currently unable to ship outside of the United States.
