All products are shipped free of charge from the United States. Note that there are restrictions, and cannot be shipped to P.O. BOX address and Alaska state.

When you place an order, Normally our delivery time within 2-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We will compensate you $10 delay fee for a significant logistics delay which over 10 business days or process returns. During this process, all transportation costs incurred are borne by VIVOHOME.

You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note all shipping costs for delivery and return will be borne by the customer.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply email us: official@vivohome.com, let us know your order number and the reason for the refund. We may need some photos or video to confirm issues and keep it as file.

After receiving the goods, please open the package immediately and check whether the items are damaged. If damage occurs, please send the product photos, videos and order number to our email within 48 h: official@vivohome.com
