Summer is an alluring and busy time of year. You barely sit down until another day of hiking, barbecue or beach draws you away from your usual routine. Even for the best of us, the endless activities of summer can be a little tiring.

Autumn is a fascinating season. We are able to observe the absolute beauty of nature in this miraculous season. Everything looks stunning in autumn! So many reds, golden-yellows and browns. Fall is the season when you can sit outside on your deck or porch with a cup of hot coffee or cocoa and indulge. Ambience, cool weather, birds singing, trees swaying. It's like being in harmony with nature.

Just like back to school, fall is as fresh as new beginnings! Is it Halloween yet? Bring on the fall comfort food - mashed potatoes, gravy, pie. Autumn evenings make movie night with pizza and beer feel like a luxury. And since it gets dark earlier, it also makes it easier to use a wall projector for full screen movies or a backyard movie night.

There's nothing better than curling up on the couch on a chilly autumn day with a hot cup of tea in hand. It turns out that a cup of hot tea has more benefits than we thought. This is the time of year when you can cook all the apple pie and pumpkin pie that your heart desires. Yes! There's nothing quite like baking delicious treats like pies and cobblers, or even cooking up a delicious holiday meal.

Nature is changing into a vibrant array of colors. This is the best time of year to go camping or even hiking. The weather is cool and perfect and nature is performing for you. It's good to take a break from our busy lives and reconnect with the nature and wildlife around us. Get lost in nature and enjoy it. In fall, you can take some of the most gorgeous and stunning photos. It's like the whole world around you is showing off for the camera. No matter what you shoot, portraits, landscapes, wildlife, it all comes out amazing.

It's also a good idea to play or watch different games during this prime season. Whether it's your favorite professional team or your kid's junior league, there's nothing like an uncomfortable seat to keep you focused on the game. Cold hard bleacher benches won't provide enough support for your body, but bringing your own chair isn't always feasible. That's why small portable stadium seats are a great solution!

Homeschooling is also a meaningful activity during the fall season. This is the perfect time to add some fun activities like arts and crafts, create your own costumes, learn and read new poems, read tons of fall books. We even take this season to learn about being thankful and taking care of what we have been blessed with. 

Fall season is the time of year when the baby birds are losing their feathers and growing into mature adults. The transition is beautiful to watch. This is also the time of year when the Blue Jays start to come around. They are gorgeous birds with all of their cute feathers. With a little research, a camera with a good zoom lens, and bird watching book for your state, you can have a fun-filled day. In addition, you can also consider getting a birdbath in your yard to invite feathered friends.

Fall offers the opportunity to make the most of the wisdom gained from summer and the first few months of the year. Calm, mild weather balanced a busy schedule and seemed to produce a reassurance of serenity. An early sunset signaled the need to get some much-needed rest, and the gorgeous views of fields, trees and fruit let the world know they were ready to be enjoyed by our eyes and taste buds.
